Program Overview:

There is a meet and greet from 830 PM to 11 PM, Friday (September 1) at the Don Valley Hotel for participants traveling from out of town. Box dinner will be served. Hotel guests will also be provided with grab and go breakfast on Saturday (Sep 2) and Sunday (Sep 3). One to two hotel rooms will be used for meet and greet and breakfast collection. Event volunteers will be available at the lobby to direct you to the rooms.

Program continues 830 AM to 11 PM Saturday (Sep 2) and 9:15 AM to 11 PM Sunday (Sep 3) at the venue. Literary section with readings and discussion panels will be held in the day sessions. Cultural programs will be held in the evening. Program details will be uploaded in our website a couple of days prior to the event.

Lunch and dinner will be served at the venue to registered participants on Saturday and Sunday.

নিবন্ধিত লেখকবৃন্দের নিজেদের বই প্রদর্শনীর ব্যবস্থা থাকবে সমাবেশে। বই প্রদর্শনীর নির্ধারিত টেবিলে সমাবেশে নিবন্ধিত লেখকগণ সর্বোচ্চ দু’টি বইয়ের প্রতিটির এক কপি করে রাখতে পারবেন।
